Size will vary per state. The size you choose will be the biggest size, whether it is horizontal or vertical. This depends on your state. For example, if you choose the 12" size- Oklahoma will be 12" wide x 6" tall but California will be 12" tall x 10" wide. Please message us if you need exact dimensions for your state.
